It was Ginger’s b-day yesterday, so Happy Birthday, Ginger! I guess one needs to be a member of the Y to experience their B-Day WOD 🙁 or maybe you just don’t show up anymore and hang with Peter in the mornings.

K2E, Push Ups, Hold Bottom Position Squat, Split Squats

Xfit WOD:

  • For Time (with a Partner)
  • 200 KB Swings (53/35)
  • 150 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 100 Ground-to-Overheads (105/70 lb)
  • 75 HRPUs
  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • Partition the work above any way
  • Buy-In/Cash-Out: 2 minute bar hang hold (if you fall off, hold plank for the remaining time)
