Xfit WOD:
Complete the following for time:
100 Box Jumps (24″)
100 Pull Ups
100 KB Squats (53/35)
100 HRPUs (15# plate on partner’s back)
**You must stay at the exercise until the Rx’s rep count is completed. Whichever exercise partners decide to start with, 4 bear crawls, each, need to be completed before moving to the next station. When partners finish station #2, 3 bear crawls, station #3, 2 bear crawls, and station #4, 1 bear crawl. Each partner will complete a TOTAL of 10 bear crawls.
