Xfit WOD:

  • 30 Total Rounds for Time (with a Partner)
  • 3 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 3 Power Cleans (115/75)
  • 3 Front Squats
  • 3 Push Press
  • 3 Bar Facing Burpees
  • Every 5 minutes, complete:
  • 1 lap around the gym with partner
  • Switch after completing 1 full round.
