21,18,15,12,9,6,3 of Front Squats (95/65) and Pull Ups
3,6,9,12,15,18,21 of Push Press (95/65) and Deadlift (135/95)
**P1 starts on Front Squats and goes down the ladder, while P2 starts on Pull Ups, going up the ladder. Once each partner completes that sequence, go either back down or up the ladder to complete that station. Repeat at station 2, going up and down the ladder.
