4×2, Deads > Front Squat > Push Press + 20 Jumping Jacks
Xfit WOD:
50 reps of Wall Ball Cleans (20/14), 25 reps of Burpees over Wall Ball
40 reps of Push Press (95/65), 20 reps of Burpees over barbell
30 reps of pull-ups, 15 reps of Burpee partner
20 reps of Squat Cleans (95/65), 10 reps of Burpee broad jumps
10 reps of Deadlift (135/95), 5 reps of Burpee while partner holds barbell
**at minute 5, 2 laps around the gym, at minute 10, 3 laps around the gym, at minute 15, 4 laps around the gym…etc. Every 5 minutes, add 2 laps to the previous count.
Couch Stretch 2×1, each leg.
