P1 completes the Rx’d rep count while P2 holds plank. Once the partner has finished the rep count, switch and continue until time is up.

Station #2: 11 minutes of;
10 HRPUs
20 35# plate squats
30 Ball slams
P1 completes the Rx’d rep count with P2 holds bottom position squat. Once the partner has finished the rep count, switch and continue until time is up.
Rest 1 minute…then
Station #3: 10 minutes of:
15 burpees
P1 completes the Rx’d rep count with P2 runs around the gym. Once the partner has finished the rep count, switch and continue until time is up.
Couch stretch 2×2 to finish up.
