Wall Balls and Lunges (holding 45# plate)

1,2,3…10 of;

Front Squats (115/75)

Push Press (115/75)

P1 starts with wall balls, while P2 does 1 front squat. Once the slower partner finishes their rep count, switch where P2 does wall balls and P1 front squat. Finish this couplet before moving on to the next exercises

Same sequence as above, just switch out wall balls for lunges and front squats for push press.

Cash out – 50 TOTAL burpees (you go, I go)
