Happy Memorial Day! The gym opens at 7am, there’s a group that will start at 7:30am, so we’ll try and start around 7:10 to make sure we’re ahead of them, and the pull-up bar doesn’t get too busy. Try to be at the gym a little before 7, so we can start shortly thereafter.

Warm up:

Warmy+

2 laps around the gym, 3 sets of 3 pull up, 4 HRPUs and 5 squats

Xfit WOD:

  • For Time
  • 1 mile Run
  • 100 Pull-Ups
  • 200 Push-Ups
  • 300 Air Squats
  • 1 mile Run
  • Wear a Weight Vest (20/14 lb)
  • Partition the Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, and Air Squats as needed

Go get coffee afterwards.
