Tabata, 3 rds of – HRPUs, Squats, Jump Rope, Back Squats (barbell only)
Xfit WOD:
- For Time
- 100 Bar Facing Burpees
- Every 2 minutes, perform:
- 10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb)
- Then, complete:
- 50 Squats (front or back) (115/75 lb)
- 100 Double-Unders
- Every time you break, perform:
- 4 Burpees
With a running clock, as fast as possible, complete the prescribed work. The first part consists of 100 Bar Facing Burpees. Every 2 minutes, pause from the Bar Facing Burpees to perform 6 Kettlebell Swings. Continue with this pattern until the 100 reps are completed. The second part consists of 50 squats and 100 Double-Unders. Every time you break, complete 4 Burpees.
