Xfit WOD:
4 rounds for time of;
5 Deadlift (155/95)
6 Front squats (115/75)
7 Burpees to the plate
**While partner 1 works the above triplet, partner 2 completes 1 round of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 HRPU’s, and 15 squats), switch once both partners have completed the Rx’d rep count. Then, once partner 1 completes a round of Cindy, and partner 2 finishes the triplet, move to round 2, where Cindy is now 2 rounds. Continue until both partners have completed the triplet and Cindy 4 times (where a round is added to Cindy each round).
