Tabata 3 rds. of – 20M run, high knees on the way back, Squats, Push Ups, Inch Worm Walks

Xfit WOD (set up will be on the field):

4 Rounds of;

5 Burpees

10 KB Squats (53/35)

15 KB Swings

20 Box Jumps (24″)

**While P1 completes the Rx’d exercises, P2 runs 400M (round 1). Partners switch once the runner returns to the exercise area. Round 2: P1 completes the Rx’d exercises while P2 side-crawls from West to East. Again, once both partners are back at the exercise area, switch. Round 3, P1 works the exercises, and P2 runs 400M. Switch once both partners are at the exercise area. Round 4: P1 works the exercises while P2 side-crawls East to West. Switch once the partners are back at the exercise area.
