Tabata, 3 rds of; Squats, KB (American swings), Lunges, HRPUs

Xfti WOD:

AMRAP for 40 minutes of;

20 KB swings

20 Push-ups

20 Reverse lunge to plate press lift (10 each leg)

20 Suitcase Deadlift (10 each arm)

20 KB chop and lift (10 each arm)

1 minute rest…then start next round

Pull up work;

10,5,9,6,7
