2 rounds of:

5 HSPU’s, 10 barbell front squats, 5 pull ups, 10 barbell push presses. Finish with running 2 laps around the gym

Xfit WOD:

  • For Time (with a Partner):
  • 2 Laps around the gym
  • 86 Push-Ups, Rd 1, 30 reps Rd 2
  • (Partner holds Hollow Hold)
  • 86 Box Jumps (24”) 32 reps Rd 2
  • (Partner holds Plank)
  • 86 Thrusters (65/45), 30 reps Rd2
  • (Partner holds bottom of Squat)
  • 2 Laps around the gym
