Xfit WOD:
AMRAP, of;
5 Deadlifts (155/115)
7 Pull Ups
9 Push Ups
11 Wall Balls
P1 performs exercise set while P2 Farmer carries until set is complete, switch. Farmer weight should be AHAP but light enough so the KB doesn’t need to be put down. 3 burpee over KB is enforced if weight is dropped.
Goal – shoot for 10 rounds+ each partner
Time Cap: 30 minutes
