Warm up:

  • 10 alternating reverse lunges
  • 100m jog

  • 400m Run
  • 50 WB Box Step Overs (20/14, 24/20″)
  • 400m Run
  • 40 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 800m Run
  • 50 Power Clean (95/65)
  • 400m Run
  • 30 weighted plate Lunges (45/25)
  • 400m Run
  • 750M Row (switch as needed)

**P1 works, P2 runs 400m lap (1-800m lap). Divide reps however you want but each athlete completes each Rx’d rep count**
