  • 15 Wall Balls +Plate Push, down and back (45×2)
  • 15x KB Swings +10 K2E
  • 15x KB Swings +8 Pull Ups
  • 15x KB Swings +12 HRPUs
  • 15x KB Swings +Plate Push, down and back (45×2)
  • One athlete works at a time while the other athlete rests.

Goal: Try to get through the list twice (each partner)
