Xfit WOD:
For 30 minutes, partners work for 30 seconds of;
10 Front Squats (95/65)
10 Box Jumps (24″)
10 Push Ups
**P1 starts, completes 10 front squats within 30 seconds, P2 starts on the 30-second mark and completes 10 front squats. The same applies to box jumps and push-ups. Once P2 finishes the Rx’d rep count on push-ups, P1 accumulates AMRAP of wall balls with P2’s 30-second remaining time. Once time expires, P2 starts round 2 with front squats, then P1…etc. until P1 finishes the Rx’d rep count of push-ups, then P2 accumulates AMRAP of wall balls. The goal is to accumulate as many wall ball reps as the team can within the 30 minutes.
