Xfit WOD:

  • For Time (with a Partner)
  • 30 Partner Burpees
  • 100 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • 200 Double-Unders (3:1 singles)
  • Bear crawl to baseline, partner back to baseline, 4 times
  • Then, 4 Rounds of:
  • 15 Thrusters (45/35 lb)
  • 15 Lunges with barbell overhead
  • 15 Step ups using the bleachers
