  • For Time (with a Partner):
  • 4 Plate Pushes (each partner) 1 = push to baseline, then switch
  • 4 rounds of “Cindy”
  • 26 Toes-to-Bar
  • 4 rounds of “Cindy”
  • 50 Front Squats (125/75)
  • 4 rounds of “Cindy”
  • 76 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 4 rounds of “Cindy”
  • 4 Plate Pushes (each partner) 1 = push to baseline, then switch
  • One round of “Cindy” is 5 Pull-Ups, 10 Push-Ups, 15 Air Squats.
  • Partners switch as needed, except during the rounds of “Cindy,” where partners switch after each full round.
