Xfit WOD:

For time, 7 rounds of;

3 Devil Presses (35/20)

5 Deadlifts (135/95)

7 Front Squats (105/75)

9 Pull Ups (jumping pull-ups = 12)

While one partner works on the following exercises, the other partner is running a 400-meter out on the field. The partner who’s working on the exercises must complete 2 full rounds before going on the run. So if your partner is back, they are waiting until 2 full rounds are finished before they can start.

Cash Out:

4x400M race (assuming we have enough people)
