  • AMRAP (with a Partner) in 14 minutes
  • 10 Front Squats (115/75)
  • 10 K2E
  • Then, 2 minute Rest
  • Then at 16:00,
  • AMRAP (with a Partner) in 18 minutes
  • 30 Squat Cleans (95/65)
  • 40 Burpee Pull-Ups (perform 5 burpees then 5 pull-ups, then switch)

Couch Stretch 2×2 + 3 min hold bottom position squat.
